Private Coaching & Mentoring
For Singles & Couples
There are moments in life when reading another book, listening to another podcast, or trying harder simply isn’t enough.
You know something needs to change.
Maybe you keep finding yourself in the same relationship wearing a different face. Maybe you’re successful in many areas of your life but love continues to feel confusing, painful, or just out of reach. Maybe you and your partner love each other deeply, yet somehow keep getting caught in the same arguments, distance, resentment, or disconnection.
This is where private coaching and mentoring begins.
Our work is not about fixing you or teaching you how to create a perfect relationship. It is about helping you see the patterns you cannot see from inside them—and giving you the tools, practices, and support to make a different choice.
For singles, this work is an opportunity to understand what has been shaping the people you choose, the relationships you create, and the ways you protect yourself from the very intimacy you desire. Together we explore attachment, family patterns, unconscious beliefs, masculine and feminine dynamics, boundaries, communication, purpose, and the deeper question: Who do I need to become to create the love and life I actually want?
For couples, we help you move from simply relating to consciously choosing partnership. That means learning how to tell the truth without destroying connection, take responsibility without collapsing into blame, navigate conflict as teammates, restore intimacy and desire, and build a relationship where both people have room to fully thrive.
There is no formula because no two people—and no two partnerships—are the same.
Choose the support that serves you.
Work with Vince
For those wanting direct, grounded mentorship around purpose, masculine development, relationship patterns, personal responsibility, leadership, and becoming the person you know you are capable of being.
Work with Karen
For those wanting a deeply relational, intuitive and embodied approach to intimacy, self-expression, feminine development, relationship dynamics, and creating greater connection with yourself and others.
Work with Vince & Karen Together
For singles or couples who want the benefit of both masculine and feminine perspectives in the room. Together, we can often see the relational dynamic from angles that are difficult for one practitioner—or one partner—to see alone.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
You simply need to be willing to tell the truth, become curious about your part, and choose something different.
Partnership begins with a choice. Sometimes the first choice is asking for support.

The Facilitator Intensive
Sunday Evening–Tuesday Noon (October 18-20th)
For the first time, we are offering an additional post weekend offering. This is for facilitators, coaches, therapists, practitioners, and leaders who want to go beyond participating in transformational work—and learn how to hold it.
This advanced add-on begins Sunday evening and continues through Monday and a half day Tuesday.
Working directly with Vince and Karen, you’ll step behind the curtain of the weekend experience and explore what makes deep facilitation effective.
You’ll learn how to:
Read what is happening beneath the words.
Track individual and group dynamics.
Work with resistance, emotion, and activation.
Know when to intervene—and when to stay out of the way.
Ask questions that open rather than direct.
Create safety without rescuing.
Stay grounded when the room gets intense.
Use your own presence as part of the facilitation.
This is not another collection of techniques.
It is an opportunity to develop the most important instrument you bring into the room:
You.
Expect teaching, demonstration, practice, feedback, and real-time facilitation.
Come ready to sharpen your craft, deepen your presence, and become more capable of holding the moments where transformation actually happens.
Less performance. More presence. Better facilitation.
PLEASE NOTE: You must also purchase and attend the Art of Partnership weekend to attend the facilitation intensive. This is an add on for those interested to stay on after the weekend concludes.
Become the facilitator people trust in the moments that matter most.
EFX is an elevated, experiential training for people who want to develop the skill, maturity, and presence to guide transformational inner work in others. This is not theory-only learning. It is a premium, practice-based experience designed to strengthen embodied leadership through direct experience, guided facilitation, and clear feedback.
Whether you are in private practice, leading circles and workshops, or holding men’s and women’s experiences, this training is designed to deepen your capacity, sharpen your discernment, and expand your range as a facilitator. Areas of focus will include presence, ethical integrity, self-awareness, and the ability to create safe, grounded space for others.
Why this training matters
Many people feel called to help others. Far fewer are trained to do so ethically, skillfully, and with real presence. Strong facilitation depends on more than confidence or charisma; it requires emotional attunement, humility, discernment, and the capacity to hold complexity without losing center.
In transformational spaces, the quality of your presence matters as much as your method. The most effective leaders are able to stay grounded under pressure, create safety, and respond to what is happening in the room rather than forcing an agenda.
EFX exists to support that level of development.
What makes EFX different
This is not a course you simply watch. It is an experience you enter.
Participants learn through live demonstration, guided participation, facilitated practice, and direct feedback. Deeply Experiential, this training will develop real-world capability, not just conceptual understanding.
Inside EFX, you will:
· Witness live demonstrations.
· Participate in guided processes.
· Facilitate with support.
· Receive clear, honest feedback.
This is where technique becomes embodiment.
What you will develop
Embodied facilitation skills
Learn how to guide process while staying grounded, connected, and responsive in real time.
Ethics and self-awareness
Explore your triggers, ego, bias, and unintegrated shadow patterns so you can lead with greater integrity.
Safety and containment
Understanding ethical responsibility while expanding the capacity for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual safety in group environments.
Leadership presence
Cultivate the balance of strength, compassion, clarity, and wisdom needed to hold transformational space with depth and credibility.
What you leave with
By the end of EFX, you will walk away with:
· Greater confidence holding emotionally charged moments.
· Stronger boundaries and clearer judgment.
· Practical facilitation frameworks.
· Better listening and embodied relational intelligence.
· Tools for trust, accountability, and integration.
· Deeper personal leadership presence.
This is the kind of development that changes how you show up in the room, not just how you speak about your work.
Who this is for
EFX is for people who are:
· Called to lead or facilitate men’s or women’s work.
· Ready to deepen emotional intelligence.
· Wanting practical leadership development.
· Committed to integrity, accountability, and growth.
· Seeking to serve others skillfully, safely, and effectively.
It is especially well-suited for facilitators, coaches, practitioners, circle leaders, group leaders, and emerging leaders who want to expand their capacity and credibility.
Who this is not for
This training is not for people who want shortcuts, performance, or surface-level tools without self-examination. It is also not for those who are unwilling to look at their own patterns, power, or impact.
EFX is for people who understand that real facilitation starts with who you are, not just what you know.
The experience
EFX is designed to be both rigorous and spacious. You will be invited to step into a learning environment that values precision, honesty, depth, and care.
Rather than teaching from theory alone, the training is structured to help you integrate through experience, reflection, and practice. That is what allows learning to move from concept into embodied skill.
You will be supported to develop not only your methods, but also the inner qualities that make your facilitation trustworthy.
The invitation
Step beyond technique.
Learn to facilitate from presence, ethics, and embodied wisdom.
Become the kind of person others trust in moments that truly matter.

A Weekend for Men, Women & Couples
We are never just in relationship with another person.
We are in relationship with our history, our defenses, our desires, our fears and the parts of ourselves we have learned to hide.
The Art of Partnership is an immersive weekend for singles, individuals, and couples who want to create relationships with more honesty, intimacy, freedom, and aliveness.
Through experiential exercises, embodied practices, honest conversation, and guided work with Vince and Karen, you’ll begin to recognize the unconscious patterns shaping how you love, communicate, fight, withdraw, pursue, and connect.
This weekend is for you if you want to:
Stop repeating the same relationship patterns.
Understand what happens beneath conflict and disconnection.
Communicate with greater honesty and less defensiveness.
Deepen intimacy, attraction, and emotional connection.
Explore masculine and feminine dynamics without rigid roles.
Take greater responsibility for the relationships you create.
Become more available for the love you say you want.
Come alone. Come with a partner. Come curious.
You do not need a relationship problem to attend.
You simply need the willingness to look honestly at how you show up in relationship.
The relationship changes when the people inside it change.
Your Leaders
After years of respective trial and error, Vince Chafin and Karen Strassman have come together to co-create a partnership far beyond what either of them dared to imagine. They create containers where people are seen, heard and loved and where trust is built through personal responsibility.
Their work invites humans into a form of partnership where security, intimacy, and mutual respect are not ideals, but practiced skills
